On February 3rd, 2009, we were invited to theTV show “Circuito Livre” (“Free Circuit”), on Petrópolis’ Channel 23, of which Rafael Bomtempo is one of the hosts. We had left late and, as everybody knows, Petrópolis is the only city in the world where you take one hour to cross the center of the city, with all its “1 km”.
